Baldwin Subaru Celebrates being Named Top Workplaces of 2023

 

We are proud to announce that Baldwin Subaru has been named a Top Workplace of 2023 by Nola.com and the Times-Picayune! The award criteria is based on an anonymous survey that was sent out to all of our employees to gather feedback on our company's culture, management, and the overall happiness of our employees. It's safe to say that we truly couldn't have done it without them! 

Baldwin Motors was established in 1950 with a focus on putting our clients, employees, and community above all else. With an approach that goes beyond the industry standard, we have been able to remain successful in providing an extraordinary experience at every interaction. Our family-focused atmosphere and community-centric ideals have kept our family-owned and operated dealership running strong for 3 generations.

Community: Baldwin Motors owes everything to our community. We could not have remained in business since 1950 without the support of our community, so giving back is a top priority. A percentage of every sale is put back into our community and our team frequently volunteers at community events.

We're more than a car dealership. Since opening our doors in 1950, we've stood firm in the motto, "we won't sell you a car, we'll help you buy one." Like the way we support our clients in their purchasing and servicing journey, we also support our team in their employment and life journeys. Since no two team members are alike, we make a point to cater to the needs of each. For one person that may look like supporting their daughter's school play; for another, it may be covering adoption fees for their rescue pup or sending them to courses in an area they're interested in growing towards. 

We firmly believe in hiring for attitude, training for skill, and giving opportunities to applicants and team members who may otherwise be overlooked for certain positions in our industry. This helps us keep fresh perspectives on our teams and provide a better experience to our guests and our community.
